Hi! Your dining room is delicious!! I'm going to be putting up a chair rail in my dining room with grass cloth below it. My dillema is- I'm not sure how high to put the chair rail. I love the heighth of your board and batten. Would you mine telling me how high your ceilings are and the height of the board and batten?

Board and Batten-. Height 5′ from the top of the molding (so it was abut 6′ from the ground). The width we based off of the wall size, so that the spacing would be even (that took the most time to figure out). The spacing ended up being 18″ inside each of the molding pieces.
