I've made this recipe 20+ times - it's the best bolognese recipe for thermomix I've come across out of the several I've tried. A couple of minor adjustments I make - I don't use garlic due to an intolerance. I add a diced zucchini and carrot in at the step with the tin of diced tomatoes, etc.
