I used some spare semi-sweet regular and maza flour muffins and a few ends off a brioche loaf. I added some cocoa powder, sour cream, chocolate syrup, Chocolate chips, added an extra egg, used 1/4 cup of sugar, and a splash of triple sec. Turned out like a brownie bread pudding.
